Welcome to my website.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic yoga style, is my primary focus. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga consists of a fixed sequence of postures (asana). Upon regular practice, already after a short period Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga increases strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Even as a total beginner, you can start practicing at any time in one of the so-called Mysore classes, where each student is taught and supported individually. Alternatively, you may want to participate in one of the introductory courses. Or you opt for taking private one on one classes.
As a Plus, I offer additional approaches to further personal growth towards more inner freedom, vitality and joy. These are pranayama, meditation, energy work, family constellation work and coaching.
