Energy work

With the help of energy work, I attempt to support people in their quest for a life that is self- determined. The goal of energy work is inner independence through liberation from constraining patterns and belief systems.

The term energy work in this context is used to describe techniques that have an effect on the energetic level (similar to, for example, acupuncture and acupressure).

I am convinced that the release of blockades of the energetic level strengthens our vitality and enhances our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

At the beginning of each session of energy work, I define the current energy status. In the first session, this status is especially extensive and decisive for the direction of the ensuing work.

After the completion of the energy status, certain hands-on techniques are used to strengthen the life force in the body and to release possible blockades. During this, a deep inner purification takes place, allowing the energy system to newly arrange itself.

The sessions of energy work should be undertaken every 4 to 6 weeks.

In addition, I teach energy exercises, e.g. techniques that help to protect and increase one's energy during daily life.

Basic exercises are, for instance:

The bronze man - improves the grounding and ability to protect one’s own space.

The circuit - supports the even distribution of life energy.

The protective coat - prepares body and spirit for a relaxing night’s sleep.

The daily practice of energy exercises in addition to the regular sessions of energy work is essential for the success of the work.

In total, the period of our work together lasts about a year. In general, one then possesses sufficient tools to progress on one’s own.

My energy work techniques are based on the work of Christian Lamilhau („La voie directe“, i.e. “The Direct Way”), my teacher from 2002 until 2007.
