Constellation work

Family constellation work is a method used to visualize relationships in family, in which we grew up (e.g., with our parents or siblings) as well as our current partnerships or family (e.g., our spouse and our own children).

Systemic constellation work looks at relationships within a system, for instance in a company or between countries. Systemic constellation work can also be an effective method to understand (and support the cure of) health issues, for instance by looking at the various symptoms and their treatment.

In individual work, one uses little figures or symbols to represent individual persons or elements. In group work, representatives are chosen for the respective people or elements of relevance to the question asked.

Family constellation work can help find new insights and approaches to a solution, initially by changing the way one looks at the situation. Often, they also result in direct changes of the situation.

A flyer in German with some general information about constellation work including the actual dates can be found here.

Constellations in individual work are possible anytime upon prior telephonic contact.

The cost of one hour (60 min) of individual work amounts to 75 €. Usually, individual work takes about 1 hours and 30 min, for which I charge 110 €.

The constellations in group work take place in my rooms in Königstein in the evening during the week, from 6.30 p.m. to maximally 10 p.m.. Once or twice per year, I also offer them in Eppstein-Bremthal, Am Königsberg 53.

From time to time, I also offer afternoons dedicated to do constellation work with the chakras. The chakras are inner energy centres that are important for distributing life energy. The chakra constellations help to relieve blockages, to change disadvantageous behaviour and to increase the overall energy level.

The price per person for both kinds of workshops is 20 Euro for representatives and 50 Euro for the participants, who actually would like to do a constellation for an issue of their interest or for their chakra system.

If you are interested in future dates for constellation work and also general information on energy work, systemic coaching, meditation and yogic breathing techniques, you can subscribe for a special newsletter, which I publish three or four times per year.

I have been offering family and systemic constellation work since 2002, based on my work with Gabriele und Bertold Ulsamer. For my own development and continued education, I have attended various seminars on the topic, e.g., with Albrecht Mahr, Rolf Lutterbeck and Insa Sparrer und Matthias Varga von Kibéd.
