The common denominator of all approaches offered by me is the holistic support they provide on our life path, our path to ourselves. The goal of all approaches is an increase in happiness, feeling for our own direction and inner strength.
Not every method is suitable or accessible to everyone. For me personally, all of these approaches have helped me on my path at certain points in my life. This is the reason why I have chosen to share them all with others.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is especially suitable for people who like to move and to get in touch with themselves via their own body. It may appear that yoga primarily improves the physical domain. However, yoga has a strong effect on all other levels - energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Pranayama influences - aside from the physical body - the energetic and emotional levels. It also prepares for deep meditation experiences.
Family constellation work and coaching are effective mainly on the emotional and mental level.
Energy work and meditation influence all levels, including the spiritual level.
